We’ve been branching out into the rabbit small business world at the moment, touching over anything that looks like great value and not produced by massive businesses that include treats we can’t trust (Sweetcorn etc).
One of the brands that really stood out to us was Meathop found on Etsy. It appears that Meathop has grown quite a lot on social media but their Etsy page itself doesn’t have that many sales, but why?
Unfortunately, Etsy doesn’t really give a metric on how well a business is doing based on its time operating, 30 sales a month as of writing this is pretty good if we say so! It’s definitely a growing business and I expect to see much more of this down the line.
We urge you to give Meathop the benefit of the doubt, they are newer on the market but they are doing extremely well and the product we tried (The Fell Forage) was extremely good.
If you’re subject to shipping, yes, it does come out more expensive. But the main takeaway here is that these treats are made by pet owners who love and value what we want. All natural goods which post little risk to your furry friends health.
The Fell Forage seems to be quite balanced in terms of the ingredients:
Do bare in mind though, that Meat-hop doesn’t offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, the shop owner does appear to take any feedback on-board and will happily try to rectify any issues.
Unfortunately with a business this fresh, the amount of reviews out thee are limited. However, don’t let this put you off, the Facebook reviews as of writing this are fantastic and the Etsy reviews match that.
Our review? We rate them 5/5 to be honest. The package is great, the treats inside are great, the delivery was prompt and because we ordered them during a promotion, we got some free willow sticks!
We highly recommend Meathop and would love to use them more in future!
